Interior: The Sleeping Tiger

Client request: A request to work a tiny touch of India into a modern space. They didn’t want anything too on-the-nose, the exact words were “a light brushing of home”. A color block of their favorite color went on the back wall, along with a carved cabinet.
They couldn’t change the color of the rental walls, and they needed to remain blank, so I decided to work the off-white into the palette itself. The thing that took the longest was the artwork, which I threw together myself, the drawing wasn’t in three pieces, I needed to space it properly between the three.
